Pricing questions
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one customer's chat with your agent over 24 hours, however many messages it takes. If the same customer comes back the next day, that's a new conversation.
What happens if we go over our allowance?
At your monthly limit, the AI stops replying and hands new messages to your team, who can keep replying in the inbox. Contact us to upgrade or add a conversation pack.
Are WhatsApp fees included?
Meta charges its own fees for WhatsApp business messages and bills you directly, at Meta's rates. We don't add anything on top.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down at the start of any month. Add or remove add-ons any month; just let us know.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Enterprise customers can choose an annual agreement if they prefer.
Which currency do you bill in?
