Pricing questions
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one customer's chat with your agent over 24 hours, however many messages it takes. If the same customer comes back the next day, that's a new conversation.
What happens if we go over our allowance?
We'll let you know when you've used 80% of it. You can add a conversation pack or move up a plan. Your agent won't stop in the middle of a customer's conversation.
Are WhatsApp fees included?
Meta charges its own fees for WhatsApp business messages. We pass them on at cost, with no markup, and show them separately on your bill.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down at the start of any month, and add-ons can be changed at any time.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Enterprise customers can choose an annual agreement if they prefer.
Which currency do you bill in?
All prices are in US dollars.
